Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
Due to the nature of our products — which are Ayurvedic medicines, health supplements, and personal care items — we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the product is delivered. This policy is in place to maintain product safety, hygiene, and quality assurance.
Eligible for Replacement (in rare cases)
We only replace items if:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
The product seal was tampered with or leaked during transit.

Our support team will review your case and arrange a replacement if eligible. No cash refunds will be provided.
