Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

Due to the nature of our products — which are Ayurvedic medicines, health supplements, and personal care items — we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the product is delivered.

Eligible for Replacement (in rare cases)

We only replace items if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
• The product seal was tampered with or leaked during transit.

Include your order number, images of the package/product, and issue details.

Our support team will review your case and arrange a replacement if eligible. No cash refunds will be provided.

• Products used or opened after delivery.
• Minor packaging damage that doesn’t affect product quality.
• Returns requested beyond 48 hours of receipt.

We understand that sometimes you may wish to cancel an order.

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or email.
• Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• If canceled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
